Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. When you purchase a product, complete the Wayfinder Intake Form, or contact us, you provide information such as your name, email address, birth date, birth time, birth location, and responses to intake questions. This information is necessary to deliver the services you have purchased.

When you contact us via email or the contact form, we receive the content of your message and your email address.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details on our servers. Stripe’s privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

Automatically collected information. When you visit lifstead.com, our servers and analytics tools may collect standard log information including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on pages. This information is used to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to deliver the products and services you have purchased, to communicate with you about your order or inquiry, to improve our methodology and service delivery, and to send operational communications (order confirmations, intake form links, guide delivery). We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your personal information for automated profiling or algorithmic decision-making.

Intake Form Data

The Wayfinder Intake Form collects sensitive personal information including your current life circumstances, emotional state, and decision-making history. This information is used solely to produce your Wayfinder Orientation Guide and to conduct your Orientation Zoom. It is not shared with third parties, used for marketing, or stored beyond the operational needs of your engagement. Intake responses are stored by Typeform under their privacy policy, available at typeform.com/help/a/typeform-gdpr-compliance-360029705092.

Cookies

This site uses cookies for basic functionality including remembering your shopping cart contents (WooCommerce), measuring site traffic (Google Analytics, if active), and maintaining session security. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the checkout process.

We do not use cookies for behavioral advertising or cross-site tracking.

Data Retention

We retain client intake data and purchase records for the duration of the active client relationship and for a period of up to three years following the conclusion of any engagement, in accordance with standard business record-keeping requirements. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to brian@lifstead.com. Some data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as payment dispute resolution.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to receive a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at brian@lifstead.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Children’s Privacy

Līfstead products are designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of lifstead.com after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
